My client is a No Show

If your client has not turned up for their appointment we would encourage you to reach out the client to find out if the appointment can be rescheduled. 


Head to Calendar > view their Appointment Info> click on the drop down arrow > click No Show.



Once you have pressed Rescheduled or No Show > Add a Note > Please add details of what steps you took to reach out to the client. 




If you have a cancellation policy, this will show as a remaining balance to be paid. 


You will need to manually Checkout the appointment and charge the client.
