Can I create my own rules for cancellations?

You can create up to four policies. The range you can choose from goes from 24 hours up to a week and it includes the percentage of charges you would like to take for a cancelled appointment. 


For example, you could choose to charge 50% for cancellations with 24 hours’ notice and 25% for those with 2 days’ notice.

To do this select My Shop > Shop Profile > Cancellation Policy


If you only take cash payment it will be your responsibility to enforce this with your client.
