Getting started with That Time Pro

Once your registered with That Time Pro , let’s get your profile looking fab!  Just click on Menu and start filling out each section to make your shop truly yours


Personalize it, and watch your business shine! Check out a few of our recommendations below to help you get started:



Home - here you can toggle between your account and manage the shop. It'll give you an overview of bookings, cancellations and any empty seats for the day, week and month. You can also access and view your upcoming appointments and see your total revenue.


Easily manage your shop from My Shop. Set up all the details under my shop and get your shop to stand out! Here you can edit your shop profile, cancellation policy, opening hours, services, consultation forms, import clients, manage your team, add pictures to your gallery and manage your subscriptions.


My Profile - Fill out this section with your details and a little about you. You can also change your password or delete your shop here.


Shop Profile - We want you to stand out! Choose your shop name, what your about and link you IG handle here. You can also select what amenities you offer at your shop from Toilets, Wifi to being Pet friendly! 


Shop Timings - Work when its suitable for you! Set which days of the week clients can book with you, add your breaks and our of hours here! 


Cancelation policy - You can add up to 4 policies to your profile. This section applies to ALL services in your shop.  For example, you can set "less than 24 hours" and cancellation percentage. Please note: If you only take cash payment it will be your respsonsibility to enforce this with your clients.


Shop Policy - We recommend that you set up Safety Rules to ensure the safety of your clients as well as yourself. You have the option here to create your own or select from the pre-listed options.


Shop Timings - Work when its suitable for you! Set which days of the week clients can book with you, add your breaks and our of hours here! 


Services - We are sure you have a lot to offer your clients so tell them everything you do here. Set up your individual services, packages and classes. If you offer out of hours services, add these here too! Note: Packages and Classes are perfect if you want to offer multiple sessions linked to your usual services. Set your pricing, discounts and how you would like to accept deposits. You can also include any consultation forms associated with the service here. 


Consultation Forms - We want to make your  journey as easy for you as possible. You can select any one of our 48 consultation forms or if you have your own simply click Add Form and create your own template.


Marketing - Want to instantly reach out to your client list, we offer the following out of subscription services for you to do that! Our SMS campaign is charged at 5p per text and 3p per email. Create your campaign name, enter your Shop Name and link your promotion! Tip: Add unique name and link to avoid it looking like spam


Settings - Use these options to manage your business. These settings will be in general for your entire shop. Some settings can be tailored to a service. Here you can manage your booking window, wrap up times, future appointments, interval times, select if a customer can reschedule and how you would like to take payment for your shop.


Permissions - If you have more than one staff member working with you and you'd like to change their permission settings, you can do this here. Once they are set up (Select Team > Add Team Member) you can then change a range of settings for each member for what they can edit on That Time Pro.


Clients - Start building your client list here, you can manually add your clients or if you already a list just let us know—we’ll handle the rest and get you all set up in no time! 


Team - Let everyone know about your amazing team here. You can upload individual profiles, set their individual schedules, add commission or rentals and in the unlikely event it does work out you can also delete their profile. If appointments have been made with that staff please note these will not be automatically allocated. Ensure that all appointments have been rescheduled before removing a team members profile.


Gallery - Show off your work here! We recommend to really make this section pop and show off and upload pictures of your amazing skills!
