Appointment can be made directly by a client through your online shop or you can manually schedule an appointment to your calendar. To do this follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Calendar
- Click on Calendar > on the top left hand side select the "+" sign
- Or select the Time slot where you would like to make the appointment
Step 2: Creating the appointment
- Select New Appointment > Client Name > Date & Time > add Service
- Select > Additional Services to add to the booking if the client would like multiple services to their booking
- Press > Submit
Step 3: Appointment Info
- The Appointment Info card will hold all the information about this clients booking.
- Use the tabs to enter:
Notes - add notes about the client and the appointment > Add Images
Consultation Forms - see the status of the forms sent to the client
Payment - details of the service and staff member
Activity - view WhatsApp and Email notifications sent to the client
Step 4: Checkout
- Click on > Checkout > ensure all the details are correct and any discounts have been applied
- Select the preferred > Payment Method > click Confirm
If you are using a pre-authorised card please ensure the client is aware of the charges and total payment before proceeding.
