How to Make an Appointment using the Smart Calendar

Appointment can be made directly by a client through your online shop or you can manually schedule an appointment to your calendar. To do this follow these steps:


Step 1: Access the Calendar

  • Click on Calendar > on the top left hand side select the "+" sign 
  • Or select the Time slot where you would like to make the appointment


Step 2: Creating the appointment

  • Select New Appointment > Client Name > Date & Time > add Service 
  • Select > Additional Services to add to the booking if the client would like multiple services to their booking
  • Press > Submit 


Step 3: Appointment Info

  • The Appointment Info card will hold all the information about this clients booking.
  • Use the tabs to enter:


Notes - add notes about the client and the appointment > Add Images

Consultation Forms - see the status of the forms sent to the client 

Payment - details of the service and staff member

Activity - view WhatsApp and Email notifications sent to the client 


Step 4: Checkout

  • Click on > Checkout > ensure all the details are correct and any discounts have been applied
  • Select the preferred > Payment Method > click Confirm 


If you are using a pre-authorised card please ensure the client is aware of the charges and total payment before proceeding.
