How do I change my appointment?

We know plans can change, so we’ve made it super easy to amend your appointment. 


Follow the simple steps below to update your booking in just a few clicks! 


Step 1. Click on the Calendar Icon > Your Appointment > Manage Appointment

Step 2. This menu will pop up:



Step 3: From here you can:


  • Reschedule - Change the Date & Time then press > Reschedule
  • Cancel - Enter the Cancellation Reason > Confirm (Please ensure you have read the vendors Cancellation Policy before selecting this option)
  • Book Again - Click when book the service again > Confirm Appointment


Step 4: Click > Confirm
