Can I let my clients know I'm running late?

Our Smart running late feature can help you notify all of your upcoming clients about delays through a few simple steps. 


Step 1. Click > Calendar > select the Appointment 


Step 2. Click the 3 dots on the bottom left hand side and this menu will pop up:




Step 3: From here you can:


  • Edit Appointment - Change the Date & Time or Service then press > Submit
  • Cancel Appointment - Enter the Cancellation Reason Note for your client
  • I'm Ready - Sends a message to you client to let them know your ready
  • Running Late - Select if your running late from 5 to 30 minutes and add a personalised Note here which will be sent to the client 



Step 4: Click > Confirm
