We know plans can change, so we’ve made it super easy to amend your clients appointment and let them know if your running late too!
Follow the simple steps below to update the appointment in just a few clicks:
Step 1. Click > Calendar > select the Appointment
Step 2. Click the 3 dots on the bottom left hand side and this menu will pop up:
Step 3: From here you can:
- Edit Appointment - Change the Date & Time or Service then press > Submit
- Cancel Appointment - Enter the Cancellation Reason > Note for your client
- I'm Ready - Sends a message to you client to let them know your ready
- Running Late - Select if your running late from 5 to 30 minutes and add a personalised Note here which will be sent to the client
Step 4: Click > Confirm
