Will clients receive a notification? Where do I see this?

When a client books in they'll get a confirmation by Email & WhatsApp and a reminder notification before their appointment.


Any consultation forms attached to the service will be included as a link in the email and WhatsApp message.



Where do I see if the notification has been received/read?


Head to Menu > Client List > enter the client name > Appointments > Activity




Here you can view the notification status of the messages sent.
