To keep everything fair clients can only leave reviews on completed services they have had. If they leave a review for something that has not happened e.g talking about another treatment. Or talking about competitors, or is swearing or abusive language we will remove.
The easiest way to remove a review is to get in touch with the client and discuss this. If the client requests for the review to be removed - send us the screenshot or get them to get in touch and we can do this.
If you feel a review has been left unfairly. Reach out to us and well work with you on it.
